Vista Ridge, Mt. Hood, July, 2014
This was a neat hike on the north side of Mt. Hood. The first part of the hike was through an area that was severely burned in 2011 so it was particularly eerie. But the rest of the hike was lovely, filled with wildflowers and creeks streaming off the mountain. There was even a huge patch of ice & snow that made for fun footing.
